My Valentine

Valentine's day itself was very uneventful as far as the romantic side of things. Because of my work schedule I spent most of the day out seeing patients. But Trent still has a way of doing those little things that make me feel like the luckiest woman in the world. We got up together and Trent made us both breakfast (best scrambled eggs and pancakes I think I've ever had!). I went out to work and we decided we would try to check out the ward that we're going to be moving into hopefully this week so we had a plan to meet up for sacrament for that ward. As luck would have it I got there and was able to stay for the sacrament portion alone and had to leave again to see another patient. But sweet little Trent was there waiting for me and never complained about me being late or having to ditch him for the rest of the meeting, he just held me close while he could. And then, when I got home Trent had made a delicious dinner for my sister's family and us...he even did the dishes!!!

I've learned through all of this that Trent doesn't have to do anything more than what he already does to be my Valentine. He's my Valentine every day and I'm lucky to have him!
